Nc-Staging provides professional home staging services designed to enhance the appeal of properties for sale or rent. Our services include but are not limited to property consultation, furniture and decor rental, installation, and removal.

3. Service Agreement
Upon agreeing to our services, a formal service agreement will be provided detailing the scope of work, pricing, and timelines. This agreement must be signed before any work commences.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as outlined in the service agreement. We require a one time non refundable fee upon signing the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing [number] days before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within this period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Refunds for completed services are not provided.
6. Property Access
Clients must ensure that Nc-Staging has access to the property during the agreed-upon times. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
7. Liability
Nc-Staging is not liable for any damages to the property or its contents unless such damage is caused by our gross negligence. We recommend that clients carry insurance to cover potential damages or losses.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and layouts created by Nc-Staging are the intellectual property of Nc-Staging. Clients are not permitted to reproduce or distribute these materials without our express written permission.
9. Termination
Nc-Staging reserves the right to terminate the service agreement at any time if the client breaches these Terms or if the client’s conduct is deemed harmful to our staff or business operations. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Sacramento, CA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento, CA.
